Rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station is usually the use of shopping malls, factories, residential buildings and other rooftop construction, with self-built self-generation, the characteristics of the nearby use, it is generally connected to the grid below 35 kV or lower voltage levels.
Way a concrete foundation installation
According to the construction method can be divided into: prefabricated concrete base and direct pouring base.
According to its size can be divided into: independent base foundation and composite base foundation.
Use in distributed photovoltaic power plants: concrete flat roofs.
Advantages: strong bearing capacity, good flood and wind resistance, reliable forces, no damage to the concrete roof, good strength, high precision, and simple and convenient construction, no need for large construction equipment.
Disadvantages: increase the load of the roof, large amount of reinforced concrete required, more labor, long construction period, and higher overall cost.
1)Independent base foundation
The independent base is a front and rear bracket placed separately on the concrete flat roof, and the independent base is divided into square column and round column according to the shape of the column.
a. Square column
Square column base is divided into: bracket and cement foundation base screw connection, bracket together with cement foundation poured, bracket directly pressed under the concrete foundation groove, concrete directly placed on the bracket.

b. Round column
The round column base is divided into: bracket and concrete foundation base screw connection, bracket together with concrete foundation pouring from the connection method.

2)Composite base foundation
Composite base foundation, also called strip foundation, connects the front and rear brackets into one, which has better resistance to load.
Its connection with the bracket can be divided into: bracket and concrete foundation base screw connection and bracket together with cement foundation pouring.

Way two fixture installation
Materials can be divided into: aluminum profiles, hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Scope of application: mainly applied to color steel tile roof and glazed tile pitched roof.
Features: light weight, low cost, high reliability and convenient installation.
As there are many kinds of structures of color steel, there are also more types of fixtures, only some of the fixture types are listed below.
1)Installation fixture of color steel tile (clamping)
Applicable color steel tile types: angle chipping three types, upright locking edge structure.

2)Saddle support
Applicable color steel tile type: angle chipping three types, upright locking edge structure, trapezoidal structure.
The connection method with color steel tile is divided into: bonding (as shown in Fig. 12) and bolt fixing (as shown in Fig. 13).
